Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by LexVitta. Questions: hello@lexvitta.com.
This site is not legal advice
Everything here — product pages, practice notes, the resource library — is general information about software. None of it is legal advice, none of it creates a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship, and none of it should be relied on for a live matter. LexVitta is a software provider, not a law firm.
What you send us
Give accurate details when you request a briefing or a demo, and do not submit anyone else’s personal data, privileged material, or confidential client information through these forms. They are enquiry forms, not a secure channel. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Product descriptions and roadmap
We describe what the product does today. Where something is in build we say so on the page. Nothing on this site is a warranty, and a feature described here forms part of a contract only if it is written into your signed agreement.
Our content
The content, design and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Read it, quote it with attribution, and share links freely. Do not republish it wholesale or use our name or marks to imply a partnership we have not agreed.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which LexVitta is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
