Privacy Notice
This notice covers lexvitta.com — the site you are reading. It does not cover the LexVitta application itself, which is governed by the agreement between us and the firm that licenses it.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Who is responsible
LexVitta is the controller of the personal data described here. Reach us at hello@lexvitta.com.
What we collect, and only when you send it
We collect nothing until you submit one of two forms. There is no account, no login and no background collection on this site.
- Request a briefing — your name, work email, firm, role (optional), firm size, jurisdiction and whatever you write in the message field.
- Book a demo — your name, email, company, optional phone, and the slot you choose.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and to prepare and hold the briefing or demo you asked for. The lawful basis is your request — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not use what you send to profile you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who sees it
- The LexVitta people who handle briefings and demos.
- Mailgun, which delivers the notification email carrying your submission. Briefing requests are emailed; they are not written to a database by this site.
- Demo bookings are additionally stored in our booking system so the slot is held and a confirmation can be sent.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking — there are none
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social trackers. That is why you were not asked to accept anything. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of delivering the file.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than our business records require. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Where it goes
We operate across several jurisdictions and our email provider may process your message outside your own country. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK, EEA or another region with transfer rules, it is covered by the provider’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in portable form. Email hello@lexvitta.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in India, to the Data Protection Board.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. Material changes to how we handle enquiries already sent will be notified by email.
