About
Built for firms that are judged on the details.
LexVitta is practice management for litigation and advisory firms — from solo counsel to full-service practices — designed so the same product serves a firm in London, New York, Singapore or Dubai without a separate build for each.
Principles
What the product is held to.
The matter is the record
Every module — hearings, portal, vault, billing, LegalGPT — writes to one matter record. Nothing lives in a second system that has to be reconciled later.
Configuration, not code
Currency, tax format, date format, terminology and client channel are account settings. A firm in Frankfurt and a firm in Dubai run the same product, correctly, without a fork.
The client's view is a phone
The portal is designed for a client opening a link on a phone, not for a desktop dashboard that was later shrunk. That constraint drives the whole client-facing surface.
AI never acts unreviewed
LegalGPT drafts and summarizes against your matter files. It does not send, file, or decide. Every output passes a human before it leaves the firm.
We publish only what we can evidence
No invented adoption figures, no borrowed logos, no certification we do not hold. Where a number would help us and we do not have it, the space stays empty.
What we do not claim
The empty spaces on this site are deliberate.
- A certification we have not completed. Our current security posture is set out in writing during the briefing, against your own questionnaire.
- Client names or logos. We will introduce you to a reference firm on request, with their consent, rather than decorate this page.
- Performance figures. Any time-saving or error-reduction number we publish will come with the method behind it.
Start with a briefing.
Tell us how your firm works and we will prepare against it — including the procurement answers your team will ask for.
